    Lore:

    Mimir's family had lived under the blessings of the Fourteen, The Well of Eternity. They had long serviced the Emerald Tree, and aided in it's growth. He served since his coming of age as a watcher of the Eye. Upon the opening of the rift into the Void near Runaterra he was asked to go to by The Well. Taking the Tablets of Destiny with him. He traveled to Runaterra to present himself to the Institute of War.

    Innate:

    Tablets of Destiny:

    Mimir's auto-attacks deal magical damage if his AP is higher then his AD, and physical damage if his AD is higher then his AP.

    Mimir's abilities change depending if he deals physical damage or magical damage.

    Mimir is ranged if dealing Magic damage and melee if dealing Physical damage.

    1st Ability:

    Annihilation:

    Magic:

    Mimir gathers destruction at targt area dealing 70/85/100/115/130 (+50% AP) physical damage, and leaves the ground burning for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of enemies current health as magic damage per second for 6 seconds.

    Physical:

    Mimir gathers destruction into his blade dealing 70/85/100/115/130 (+100% bonus AD) physical damage in a 80 degree (250 long) on next hit. All enemies hit are burned for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of their current health over 3 seconds.

    If an enemy dies by this ability, or while they are burning. Mimir gains a stack of Orb of Annihilation. Each stack gives 5 bonus AD and AP, stacking 10 times. Half the stacks are lost on death.

    Notes: Hitting and killing with the empowered form grants you 1 orb.

    2nd Ability

    Preservation:

    Magic:


    Mimir releases the power of preservation on a target area. Granting allies with a shield for 50/60/70/80/90 (+40% AP), and dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+15% AP) to all enemies standing on it for 7 seconds. The shield does not refresh.

    Physical:

    Mimir infuses his blade with preservation sending a thin beam of magic at target ally. All enemies hit by the beam take 30/60/90/120/150 (+60% bonus AD), and the target ally gains a shield for 2/3/4/5/6% of their max health (+80% of damage dealt by this ability).

    If an enemy dies while on the preservation area, or the beam. Mimir gains a stack of Orb of Preservation. If Mimir would be dealt fatal damage, he is instead reduced to 1 health, and healed (instantly) for 30/40/50/60/70 for each Orb. All Orbs of Preservation are consumed if this occurs.

    Notes: Only 1 orb of preservation will appear on the model to indicate the acquisition of the stacks.

    3rd Ability

    Creation:

    Magic:


    Mimir summons an Air Golem from his surroundings that deals 40/60/80/100/120 (+20% AP) per attack, and lasts up to 12 seconds.

    1.0 Attack speed
    50% of Mimir's Health
    100% of Mimir's Movement Speed
    30% of Resistances (AR/MR)

    Physical:

    Mimir throws his sword into the ground which pops up under target enemy attacking 1 time per second for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds dealing 60% of his AD. Mimir manifests a new sword from the ground during this time reducing his damage by 10%. The sword on the enemy will attack (additionally) each time Mimir strikes the target.

    If a golem is out, and Mimir or the golem kill an enemy. Mimir gains a stack of Orb of Annihilation. If Mimir kills an enemy with either sword he gains an Orb of Annihilation.

    Ultimate

    Tyrfing (Physical):

    Mimir summons the cursed blade to his hand making him melee (125 range), granting him 80/100/120% of his bonus AD as magic damage (if dealing physical), or physical (if dealing magic), and granting 5/8/10% life steal.

    For every Orb consumed the life steal is increased by 3%. Max of 27% extra.

    Eye of Odin (Magic):

    Mimir summons the eye of Odin to reveal the map for 3 seconds. During this time he may re-activate this ability once to deal 200/300/400 (+40% AP) (+80% bonus AD) magical damage to target location.

    For every Orb consumed the duration of the reveal is increased by .3 seconds. Max of 2.7 seconds extra.

    Nidhogg (10 Orbs of Annihilation Consumed):

    Mimir summons the black dragon to breath fire on a large area dealing 5% (+1% per 100 combined AP and bonus AD) initially, and burning the area for 3% (+.5% per 100 combined AP and bonus AD) at center and 1%(+.2% per 100 combined AP and bonus AD) at edge of the fire per second for 3 seconds.
