Nagisa, the Passionate Learner

Passive: Sage Wisdom: (Innate) Nagisa gains 50% more exp with kills.

Q: Arcane Bolt: Nagisa shoots off a blue bolt of magic, dealing magic damage. If Nagisa is level 18, Arcane Bolt deals 50% more damage.

Cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds

Magic Damage: 90/120/150/180/210 (+.5 AP)

W: Experiment: Nagisa studies from her book and proceeds to set up a random spell (from any champion except for ultimates or spells that require a specific item/situation [ie: Thresh's Death Sentence chain/Blitzcrank's Rocket Grab hand]) that scales off of AP, making it available until time equivalent to the cooldown passes. Experiment is put on cooldown after the random spell is used. Should Nagisa kill an enemy unit with the spell, Nagisa will gain double the bonus from Sage Wisdom. If Nagisa is at level 18, she gains 10 armor and 20 magic resist upon activation of Experiment for 10 seconds.

Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

E: Familiar: Nagisa summons her pet owl Pythagoras comes to her side, attacking units on its own with physical damage for 30 seconds. Pythagoras cannot be targeted by lesser melee-based minions and monsters and is put on cooldown once the 30 seconds end or when Pythagoras is slain. If Nagisa is level 18, Pythagoras deals magic damage as well as physical damage.

Story:
The Institute of War is a gathering place for the magical energies throughout Runeterra. Young mages have come from all over to learn of the magic and how to become a Summoner. All I can really say right now about is, besides her incredible self capability, is her W requires a bit of luck. Also, does it only mime spells from champions in the match, or any champion in the game? And is it only copying spells, or are skills usable too?

It's only certain non-ult AP-ratio'd abilites. Say for example, she can't use Thresh's Death Sentence because that requires the hook. Same for Blitzcrank's Rocket Grab and Nunu (or should I say Willump's) Consume. However, this still leaves things such as Annie's Disintegrate or Nunu's Ice Ball. I probably should make a list of the actual abilities that can be brought up. ^^;;

Hope you're ready for a long list. And what I meant was can she do things that aren't spells? (If you just explained that, sorry if it went over my head) Like, for example, Kha'Zix's Leap or Alistair's Stomp? (Crap, I can't remember what his Q is called. XP )

Since those two really do not require a specific thing like Thresh, Blitz, or Nunu do, I'd say yes. As long as it has an AP ratio that is.

I'm considering letting her do things like say Tryndamere's Spinning Slash. But yeah, it must at least have an AP ratio.

And I'm absolutely fine with questions. Makes sure I know I'm not missing anything! ^^
