Passive: Dirty Fighting: (Innate) Dorian knocks back 50 range with all skill uses. The effect only works once every 2 seconds on the same target.

Q: Grained Vision: Dorian slashes at the ground, kicking up dust in a cone. Enemy targets caught get their eyes dusted, blinding them for 1 second and dealing physical damage.

Skins:
Classic Dorian: Similar to Darius' armor right down to the cape, just not as bulky and with armored sleeves. Wields a shield with Noxus' emblem on the front. Sword is akin to a Roman Spatha. Dirty blonde hair is completely slicked forward.
Dishonored Dorian: Rakkor attire, big bronze-ish shield and tattered black cape. Sword is much longer than normal.

Story:
The Noxian Army is a deadly force, organized into deadly groups of killers and warriors. Chief among them was the now Undead Champion, Sion. The unit of Sion was feared throughout all of Valoran, notorious for its soldiers: himself and Urgot. Another soldier fought in the name of Noxus under Sion, though. A master of the sword and shield, Dorian is a scoundrel that took every opportunity presented to him to come out ahead of his enemy. He tricked and surprised his opponents, at times bringing them to their knees to humiliate them.Showing no mercy in his acts, Dorian would slaughter his weak enemies and be proud that he was a better fighter than they were.
After the slaying of Sion and Urgot, Dorian rose up in the ranks of the Noxian Army, eventually attaining the position of Commander. Now Dorian leads his own army with vigor and hastiness, eager to shed the blood of enemies at any cost. When Noxus sent out the call for more representatives, Dorian spoke up, going to the Institute of War and becoming a part of the League. Just as much of a cheater on the Fields of Justice as he is on the fields of battle, Dorian strikes down those who aren't willing to do everything for a victory.

His taunt made me think of Twisted Fate. XD

He's really versatile. Can effectively build as an AD or AP champ.

AP how? He has no ratios o.O

Twisted Fate? He has AP ratios on his Q, Wild Cards, his W, Pick A Card, scales with AD and AP, in slightly varied ways, and his E, Stacked Deck, makes his every fourth basic attack deal bonus magic damage, on top any bonus damage from Pick A Card. Stacked Deck also passively grants him 3% attack speed and CDR per rank. His kit is made to be utilized either way. For AD, Stacked Deck is usually focused while AP usually prefers Wild Cards.
