    Gyvale, the Twisting Razor

Passive: Inertia: (Innate) Every time Gyvale spins using a skill, he gains a stack that deflects 10% damage back at the attacker, stacking up to a maximum of 5 stacks. Lasts until 10 seconds after not attacking nor damaging with spin skills.

Whirlwind Jump: Gyvale spin-jumps over to target location, doing a small amount of AoE physical damage upon landing and then immediately going into any skill queued during the jump. If no skill was queued, Gyvale hacks and slashes at the nearest unit (within 300 range) 3 times. The jump itself is not effected by Keen Gale.
    Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana
    Range: 650/675/700/725/750
    Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds
    Range of AoE: 175
AoE physical damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (+.4 per Attack damage)
Non-queued physical damage per strike: 20/25/30/35/40 (+.5 per attack damage)

Cleaving Counter: For 3 seconds after activation, if Gyvale is attacked, he will spin around in a small AoE, dealing physical damage. Every time Gyvale is hit while Cleaving Counter is on cooldown, it is reduced by 1 second.
    Radius: 150
    Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 seconds
    Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds
Physical Damage: 75/100/125/150/175 (+.9 per attack damage)

Keen Gale: (Passive) Wind has been caught on Gyvale’s blades causing their edge to become sharper and adding onto the lengths, gaining him 5/10/15/20/25 Armor Penetration. The ranges of Gyvale’s skills also increase by 10/20/30/40/50%.

(Active) Gyvale spins around once to gain velocity and then ends up shooting off a sharp ‘bullet’ of wind out in a straight line. If it comes in contact with an enemy unit, it deals physical damage and causes a bleed effect. If it hits a champion, it also silences them for 2 seconds.
    Cost: 75 mana
    Range: 975
    Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds
Physical Damage: 80/100/120/140/160 (+1.0 per Ability Power)
    Bleed duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds
Physical Bleed damage per second: 20/35/50/65/80 (+.25 per attack damage)

Guillotine Typhoon: Gyvale spins as fast as he can, creating a sort of windy vortex that sucks in enemy units toward him. Gyvale rapidly deals true damage to anyone around him in range every .5 seconds. Being pulled into the vortex will reduce enemy units' movement speed by 400. Can be fought against or even escaped with a high movement speed (Can not reduce movement speed below 0). Is not a CC, cannot be cleansed.
    Cooldown: 120 seconds
    Pull-in radius: 725
    Damage AoE radius: 200
    Duration: 4/5/6 seconds
    Cost: 200/250/300 mana

Appearance: If you could imagine a Fleshpound from Killing Floor, it’s very similar to that sort of physical build. The great heavy-looking clubs on the ends of their hands would have what look like axe blades. The body would be covered in form-fitting armor, to stress aerodynamic sleekness. There would also be a faceplate that covers his mouth, effectively showing that he’s on an oxygen system. His eyes look empty, as if soulless.

    Lore:
The streets of the city-state Zaun are deadly to its inhabitants. Children especially are at risk from the cruel beings that roamed the street. One such child was Janna Windforce, most well-known for being the League of Legends’ Storm’s Fury. Her story was that she survived the streets by wit and thievery. She however was not alone. She survived alongside a boy named Gareth. He tried his best to help young Janna pickpocket, providing distractions as she did her job. They were happy, they were alive, they were friends.
One day, it was noticed Janna had the power to control the wind. Soon, she left after learning how to fully control it. Gareth was left all alone, unable to fend for himself. He was soon picked off the street and brought to a laboratory. Professor Stanwick Pididly began his experiments, believing Gareth to also be able to control the winds. When it was discovered he was not able to, he was injected with steroids, equipped him smooth, sleek armor, and heavy gauntlets edged with the blades of axes. Only now could the wind be at his control. Only now could Gareth, now dubbed Gyvale, fight for himself, if only he hadn’t lost his mind. Under the direct control of the science of Zaun, Gyvale now slaughters combatants in the League as a representative and testament of the power that Zaun can create.
“Our own personal executioner; a reaper of the wind.”
    --Professor Stanwick Pididly
