    Deathly Sigil (Innate): Mehv’s auto-attacks will mark their target. Damage dealt on a marked target will deal 10% increased magic damage and heal the source based on the amount of amplified damage dealt. Allies will also gain these benefits when attacking a marked target, but only one target can be marked at a time.

    Pentagram (Q): Mehv summons a pentagram at target location and combusts it after a .8s delay, dealing 80/135/190/245/300 (+50% AP) magic damage to enemies within and reducing their armor and magic resistance by 10/14/18/22/26% for 3s. The cooldown of this ability will be reduced by .3s for every minion hit and .8s for every champion hit. The armor/MR reduction does not stack, but can be refreshed.

    Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13s
    Cast Range: 750 units (350-unit diameter)

    Dark Presence (W):
    Passive - slows nearby enemy champion’s movement speed by 5/8/11/14/17%. this slow is 25% stronger when facing Mehv
    Active - doubles the slow percentage of the aura for 2s. Enemies who are additionally facing Mehv during the initial cast are instead feared for 1/1.25/1,5/1.75/2s. The passive aura is removed while on cooldown.
    Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90
    Cooldown: 16s
    Aura Range: 600 units

    Insanity’s Embrace (E): Renders a target insane, silencing a target for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8s and dealing 15/25/35/45/55 (+10% AP) magic damage every second for 5s.
    Mana Cost: 75
    Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10s
    Cast Range: 700 units

    Hysteria (Ultimate, R): Mehv creates a shadow clone of himself clinging in front of every visible enemy on the map for 5s, dealing 20/30/40 (+14% AP) damage every second. This ability can then be re-activated to target a clone, destroying it and immediately taking it’s position. Clones cannot negate skillshots and will not grant vision of the target if they enter the fog of war or go in the brush.

    I honestly see nothing wrong here. All in all, pretty cool champ.
