Metatron, the Guiding Principality
Passive: War-Torn Memories: (Innate) Metatron is well-versed in the art of heavenly war, gaining Holy Veteran stacks that grant bonus AP (5/10/15) with successful hits with skills that last for 5 seconds. Can stack up to 5 times and bonus AP increasing at levels 6 and 11.
Q: Blade of Contrition: Metatron gracefully steps forward twice in a straight line, slashing with his sword for physical damage after each step, increasing the AP ratio by .5 when damaging enemy champions (only applies when damage is dealt the enemy champion). Damage from slashes do not stack with each other. Cannot go through walls. Slashes occur at halfway through dash and and the end of slash. Dash does not have to go to max range.
W: Light of Awe: Metatron shines a ray of light at enemy target with his scepter, dealing magic damage and blinding for 2 seconds.
E: Glorious Herald: Metatron's scepter and sword are imbued with the light of heaven, causing his basic attacks to deal magic damage instead of physical damage and based off Ability Power rather than Attack Damage. Cooldown does not occur until after the duration ends.
R: Absolution: After channeling for 1 second, Metatron warps target enemy champion to him and assigns penance to them causing their movement speed and magic resist to be reduced, while at the same time increasing Metatron's ability power, with each successful basic attack made on target. The effect lasts for 5 seconds, at which time all affected stats are returned to normal.

Lore:
The angelic beings Kayle and Morgana came from a world of heavenly light and paradise. War had broken out for reasons of breaking the restrictions enforced. Angels fought one another to fight for what they each thought was right, making martyrs out of themselves and innocents being harmed. Not all were warriors though, some trying to keep balance together by educating the young ones and preventing more violence. The principality Metatron headed a sort of school, teaching children of the world around them and how fighting should only be a last resort. A former soldier, he continued as long as he could to show the children that war was not needed in their beautiful world and that it should be opposed peacefully. There was one day however when Metatron’s class was invaded. An anarchist angel had broken through the defenses of the school, seeking out the principality. The doors had burst open, with the hostile heretic lunging at Metatron. With no choice but to defend himself, Metatron retaliated by shining his holy scepter’s light at the angel’s eyes, blinding him. The scholar then took up his sword and majestically swung at his attacker, leaving it dead.
When Metatron came to his senses from the shock, he realized what he had done, and in front of the children no less. A life has been taken by his hands; something that he had preached was an absolute sin to commit. The principality sent his students away so that he could have time to think on the situation. With regrettable decision, Metatron brought himself before the High Seraphs, confessing his sin and guilt. The teacher was an honourable man, one who did all he could in his existence to protect the peace and balance of their world. Even with that in mind, it was with heavy hearts that the High Seraphs did send off Metatron to seek out Kayle as punishment. No one knew where neither she nor her sister were, essentially meaning that the exiled angel was to wander forever as penance for his crime. He traveled alone for days, encountering angels and preaching his word of peace. In his mind, he felt hypocritical, but he still felt that it was the right thing to do. It was weeks after did a portal open to him and warp him across dimensions. Dropped off near what appeared to be a stone palace, Metatron was still alone in his journey. He wandered into the building and found it to be occupied, humans and creatures gathered. From the crowd did Metatron spot his long-lost fellow Kayle. They greeted each other with respect and hidden emotions of actually finding each other. It was then that Kayle asked the Summoners to allow Metatron to join the League so that he may aid her in finding Ashram and keeping Morgana under control.
