    Richter-The Living Blade.

    So I am reserving this for a really cool idea I have.
    Champion Name is Alan Richter
    Weapon Type- Living Blades.
    WtF is a living blade? Well Richter has two blades, they move freely and bend at will. They slice through pretty much everything, oh and did I mention they are made of Dragon Backbones?

    So I have a few ideas for some abilities as well.


    Passive: Dragon Bone Blade- Richter's swords pierce the enemies armor and deal increased damage based on their health.
    5/10/15% armor penetration and every 10 attacks Richter deals 1/3/5% of targets health.


    Q. Whip-Lash-Richter's one blade curves and hooks nearby enemies in front of him and pulls them toward him.
    Range: 600
    Pullback: up to 300.
    Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14

    W. Bladed Whirlwind- Richter Puts the blades hilts together and spins them around his head dealing damage all enemies around him and slowing them by 30/35/40/45/50%.
    Cooldown: 12

    E. Dragon's Fury-Passive: Every 10 attacks Richter's blades come together and slash down in front of him sending terrain and champions flying into the air. Enemies hit by Dragon's Fury are marked with "Fury of the Dragon"
    Range: 500
    Active: Richter can activate Dragon's Fury to dash toward any enemy marked by its' passive. Upon landing Richter stabs the enemy with his swords dealing damage.
    Cooldown: 3 seconds
    Range: 650

    R. Dragon Strike- Richter's blades extend directly outwards multiple times. If Richter hits anyone they are immediately pierced and are dealt a large portion of damage over time. Richter stabs outward at various angles around him, upon piercing enemies on any blade Richter is able to move these players during the ult. If any player dies while pierced the damage level is increased.

    Cooldown: 100/90/80
    Damage: 200/300/400 (+0.8 AD) over 4 secs to all targets impaled.
    Damage increase: +50 per death.
