Rykaal, The Artifact Keeper

Lore: for about 300 years, Rykaal has been guarding ancient secrets that mortal eyes should never set their eyes upon, the likes of which could tear the world apart if placed in the wrong hands. It is Rykaal's duty to keep these artifacts safe from the wrong hands, and a secret to all others.
But somehow the secret of their existance escaped after 300 years. He knew that for sure when an explorer named Ezreal found his secret chamber deep inside the pyramid. Rykaal warned of the danger the artifacts could deal to the world if they were to be used by the wrong hands. This of course intrigued Ezreal to find out more about this mystery.
Several months later after he left, he returned to try and find out more for himself, Rykaal told him if he is really intrested in these secrets, he would have to face the guardian. Rykaal summoned forth a guardian to keep him away from mysterious artifacts, but that wasn't enough to keep Ezreal from stealing one of the artifacts and escaping the pyramid with it.
Rykaal then set out to get it back from the one called Ezreal. Rykaal found that the artifact attuned him to become a league champion while he had control over it, so Rykaal joined on his own will to try and gather the artifact back from the prodigal explorer who stole it.

Abilities.
Passive: Ancient Energies: Every time Rykaal casts a spell, he gains .5 bonus AP and magic resist per level (9 bonus AP per stack at 18), stacking up to 4 times, lasts 6 seconds.

Q: Runic Tether: Rykaal launches a magic chain at an enemy target for 4 seconds, dealing constant 25 / 40 / 65 / 80 / 100 (55% AP) magic damage every 1 second over the duration. The chain will break if the target gets out of range, If it breaks early the target is imoblized for 1 second. If the tether crosses One of Rykaal's other abilites, it will add a secondary effect to the spell.
Cooldown 8 seconds. Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana

W: Shattered Earth Shards: Rykaal summons forth earth spikes within a 450 yard radius. enemies hit by the earth spikes are launched into the air and take 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (40% AP) in magic damage upon landing. If the shards strike a target affected by Runic Tether, a second set of shards come up under them after a .8 second delay.
Cooldown: 21 / 18 / 15 / 12 / 9 seconds. Cost: 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 mana

E: Enchanted Pillar: Rykaal places an enchanted pillar at the target location for 7 seconds. Rykaal can cast this spell again while the pillar is up to teleport to it. If the Runic Tether passes through the pillar, a 600 yard range shockwave of damage will fire off from the pillar dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 220 / 260 (50% AP) magic damage.
Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds. Cost: 100 mana at all ranks

R: Summon Ancient Guardian: Rykaal summons an ancient guardian with 750 / 1250 / 1750 health to fight by his side for 8 / 11 / 14 seconds or until killed. The guardian deals 2.5% of the targets maximum hp per hit. and taunts the target for 1 second every 3 consecutive hits. The guardian gains 30% increased attack speed while standing in the runic tether. The guardian prioritizes the target affected by the runic tether.
Cooldown: 180 / 160 / 140 seconds. Cost: 130 / 140 / 150 mana
