I thought of this guy a few days ago, so this is only a rough idea. The idea behind him is an ADC who relies on crits more than... well... hits, if you will.

Burgun's critical hits deal an additional 100% damage.
Q: Crack Shot
Active: Burgun aims his rifle and fires a piercing shot, dealing physical damage to all enemies in a line. If used within five seconds of a critical hit this skill crits, dealing additional damage equal to 80% of your current AD. This skill deals 20% reduced damage to subsequent targets, down to 40%.
