    Clarke, the Frontier Vigilante

    Passive: The Thrill: (Innate) Clarke’s skills require ammo, allowing him to use skills in quick succession, but must cooldown to reload. Can reload overtime prior to ammo depletion.

    Q: Quick Silver Bullet: Clarke fires off a shot from his revolver to deal physical damage, poisoning whatever enemy is hit afterward with magic damage for a short time. Poison refreshes with consecutive hits. Ammunition replenishes by 1 every 5 seconds.
    Range: 600
    Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana
    Physical Damage: 70/100/130/170/210 (+.9 AD)
    Magic Damage per Second: 10/15/20/25/30 (+.3 AP)
    Poison Duration: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds
    Ammo Capacity: 4/5/6/7/8 bullets
    Cooldown: .5 seconds after shot, 15 seconds after depletion (Not affected by CDR)

    W: Incapacitate: Clarke fires a shot from his revolver into target enemy’s leg, slowing them and dealing slight physical damage. Shares ammo capacity with Quick Silver Bullet.

    Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana
    Physical Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+.7 AD)
    Slow: 30/35/40/45/50%
    Cooldown: .5 seconds after shot, 15 seconds after depletion (Not affected by CDR)

    E: Shaft Destroyer: Clarke places a stack of dynamite, blowing after 5 seconds or if Clarke shoots at it. Can damage Clarke, and can be destroyed by enemies prior to explosion to do no damage at all. Can damage buildings and knocks back units when it explodes.
    Range: 125
    Cost: 60/80/100/120/140 mana
    Radius of AoE: 300/350/400/450/500
    Physical Damage: 100/125/150/175/200 (+.6 AD)
    Structure Damage: 150/200/250/300/350 (+.4 AD)
    Knockback: 100/200/300/400/500
    Ammo Capacity: 1
    Cooldown: 10 seconds (not affected by CDR)

    R:Shootout: Clarke throws down a grenade that explodes, dealing physical damage and causes a piece of earth to shoot up and act like a wall. Enemy champions cannot charge through (but may leap or teleport past) the wall, and any attacks shot through the wall at Clarke deal less damage. Ammunition replenishes every 30 seconds.
    Cooldown: .5 seconds after use, 90 seconds after depletion (not affected by CDR)
    Cost: 100/120/140 mana

    Story:
    Prior to the Sheriff of Piltover's addition to the League of Legends, Caitlyn was hard at work to defend her city from crime. She struggled though to keep her deputy in line and to have everything done by the book. The issues ended up compounding on top of one another. This resulted with one soul rising up and taking matters the police were not able to handle into his own hands. Clarke Muriwater began to attack and pacify various crooks hiding the underworld of Piltover. At times coming face-to-face with Sheriff Caitlyn, Clarke collaborated to take down big-time criminals, such as Zaunite smugglers and experiments. One particular desperado has given Clarke much trouble, evading capture at every turn with a hail of bullets in the air. Believing that following Caitlyn into the League of Legends would help him become stronger, Clarke now represents Piltover alongside the two law-enforcers, hoping to showcase what a Piltovian is made of.

    About his ult. Can he and his teammates see/walk through it? And anyone within range can just shoot through it, correct?

    And he seems to be a carry in the same sense as Fiora. An AD burst. But that's not bad. Just look at how fun she is. But with the ammo system.

    All official League champs only have one ammo skill if ammo is involved in their kit to prevent over bearing the players with too many things to keep track of, but you did work this out to a good a extent by giving his Q and W a shared ammo pool and making the other ammo types low ammo counts and memorable.

    A few more things. Are his Q and W attack modifiers? I also noticed he can simulate pretty good attack speed, so no worries on building that for him. Smile
    Finally, I couldn't help but think of Isaac Clarke for a skin.

    I'm gonna have to say allies are affected by the wall as well, similar to Anivia's Crystallize. And yep, the entire point is so Clarke has a Shoot-Out with the enemy, hiding behind cover.

    You could still build Attack Speed on Clarke if needed. But yeah, mainly attack damage would be required.
    And blargh, yeah, laser guns go pew pew.
