Zai’ara, the Voidling Empress
Passive: Solitude: (Innate) Whenever a silenced champion comes within range of Zai'ara, her cooldowns are reduced by 3 seconds. The effect triggers because of the same target every 10 seconds. Range 350
Q: Birthing Rite: Zai’ara lays an egg, leaving it defenseless on the battlefield. When an enemy unit is slain within radius of the egg however, it will hatch into Deeper Voidlings and follow Zai’ara uncontrolled, randomly attacking to deal physical damage. Maximum of 10 Deeper Voidlings allowed on the field at once.
W: Madness of the Many: Zai'ara sends a ping into target enemy unit. The signal causes Zai'ara's Deeper Voidlings to focus on the afflicted target, granting them and Zai'ara bonus move speed for 5 seconds. The afflicted also take increased damage from Zai'ara and her Deeper Voidlings.
E: Silent Call: Zai’ara utters a muted roar, silencing enemy champions once in range and healing herself overtime. Deeper Voidlings hearing the call are also healed over time.
R:Eldritch Growth: Zai’ara goes into a trance, channeling for 1.5 seconds and causes all eggs to hatch and all Deeper Voidlings to grow into Adult Deeper Voidlings immediately. Zai'ara gains damage resistance for a period as well as granting it to her children.

Classic Zai'ara: Imagine the Vagary from Doom 3 with a bluish-purple color. Zai'ara has a transparent backside with an egg incubating in it. 6 legs that are in the style of a normal Voidling. Praying mantis arms, like thinner voidling limbs. Head is similar to Cho'gath's, only much narrower and 2 sets of mandibles. No breasts (Because on an insectoid monstrosity? Really?)
Vagary Example (Obviously not my property, just want to show a similar template)
Matriarch Zai'ara: Torso more bloated, 3 fingers at the tips of her limbs. More blackened in color. A large 2-pronged crest at her head.
Deepest Zai'ara: Green Reptilian/Fishy appearance. All limbs end with scaly webbed hands. Feminine features for the face and torso. Based on the Deep Ones and Mother Hydra of Lovecraftian lore.

Story:
The Terror of the Void Cho'gath had come to Runeterra, leaving its realm and the denizens that inhabit it behind. One such creature was Zai'ara, a broodmother responsible for the existence of a subspecies of Voidlings. Curious as to what happened to the Terror, Zai'ara followed and found itself on Runeterra. Immediately exiting though resulted in the Summoners confining and imprisoning the outsider, much like they did to Cho'gath. And as they did to the voidborn, Zai'ara is now forced to fight on the fields of justice, a mere pawn used now for personal and political disputes.
