    Passive (Storm Shell):

    Jorial generates a powerful electrical field that blasts enemies hit by her auto-attacks with a powerful discharge.

    Amount: 30% of AP
    Time between Bolts: 2 seconds

    Q (Thunder Eye):

    Jorial generates an orb of thunder every few seconds, and can place them for a short time to deal bonus magic damage against target's hit by her other spells. Max of 3 orbs at a time.

    W (Arc Lightning):

    Jorial blasts an enemy target with a powerful bolt of lightning dealing magic damage. Additional effects are gained per rank.

    Rank 2: Jumps to a nearby enemy champion.
    Rank 3: Charges enemies hit causing them to discharge 50% of the damage they took around them after a 1 second delay.
    Rank 4: Jumps to an additional enemy champion.
    Rank 5: Can be cast 3 times before cooldown. Each subsequent cast deals 50% less damage.
    Damage Amount: 100/120/140/160/180 (+4/5/6/7/8% Targets Max Life) (+30% AP)
    AoE: 350 units

    Cooldown: 20 (-1)

    E (Concussive Bolt):

    Jorial shots a powerful bolt of energy in a line dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits, and exploding for an additional amount of physical damage to surrounding targets.

    Cooldown: 10 (-1 per rank) seconds

    Special notes: Explosion happens when it hits. The additional damage is only to surrounding targets.

    R (Hell Spark):

    Jorial casts a large ball of chaotic lightning forwards dealing magical damage to all enemies, and then returning dealing an additional 20% damage as True damage to targets it has already hit. Afterwards it remains for short time dealing a small amount of true damage to random targets.
