Hello! Today we will be looking at Twisted Fate, a powerful AP mage who was also meant to be a powerful ADC. His kit has some very obvious balance issues and will take a bit of changing to properly balance.
Problem
Not only is this such s minimal gold generation that it is better to get a gp5 item, this passive had to be very unbeneficial since it effected the whole team. It is mostly useless and overlooked, and has a very unimpactful feel on the game.
Solution

Wild Cards is the bread and butter attack for the mag Twisted Fate. Sadly, it is completely wasted on ADC Twisted fate. To further this ability in to being an actual pick for Twisted Fate going AD, as well as helping the mage burst for AP Twisted Fate, I performed the following changes.

Problem
Not only does this basically force the player to build AP Attack Speed to be descent, but it much more helps the mage side of Twisted fate.

Passive- Loaded Dice (Original)
While Twisted Fate is alive, he and his allies receive an additional 2 gold each time they kill a unit or destroy a structure.

Each time Twisted fate kills an enemy, he gains 4 additional gold for minions and 15 additional gold for champions. In addition, Twisted fate naturally gains 5(+.5/level)% bonus critical strike chance.

ACTIVE: Twisted Fate throws 3 cards forward in an arc, dealing 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 65% AP) magic damage to enemies they pass through.

ACTIVE: Twisted Fate throws 3 cards forward in an arc, dealing 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 65% AP)(+ 45% Bonus AD) magic damage to enemies they pass through. In addition, each card applies Stacked Deck.
W- Pick a Card
ACTIVE: When first activated, cards flash over Twisted Fate's head in the following order: blue, then red, then gold (this cycle repeats itself). When he uses the ability again, he picks the current card over his head; the card picked converts his next attack to magic damage and adds a special effect. This attack cannot miss or crit.
Nothing changed.
E- Stacked Deck (Before)
PASSIVE: Every fourth autoattack will deal 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 (+ 40% AP) bonus magic damage. In addition, Twisted Fate gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% bonus attack speed.
