In a world where dragons rule. Four beasts were born to the emotions within heart. One born from flames, one born from tears, one born from flesh, and one born breathe. Aegir burst into life before the cowering forms before him. Such simple mortals drowning in their demise brought forth by a strange dark wind. Aegir felt a bond to the black wind that winded it's way through the dying bodies and forms. It called itself Eblis, and Aegir knew that they were birth brothers. There were two more. His sisters as they were, didn't share in the joy of destruction as himself and Eblis.

As time wound along Aegir could feel Eblis losing his drive to bring destruction. Aegir himself began to feel bored from the simplicity of the mortals of this world. So frail and easy to bring to their knees. When Eblis raged and tore himself apart in that simple town. Aegir felt the raging magic tear at his own form. He held himself together with shear will and power. A light flared in bright intensity from within the maelstrom of Eblis's torment. Aegir fled to the edge of the town to watch the Dragon's decent upon his siblings.

Great magic flared as the Dragon transformed his siblings. He suddenly stopped his running as a thought crossed his mind. So easy to inspire fear into the hearts of mortals as a being of magic, but perhaps if he was changed. Such fear would be harder to inspire. Perhaps the joy of terror would return. Smiling he spun into liquid flame as he returned to the flaring of Dragonic Magic. As he entered it's feild he felt it forming a material body around himself. The thrill of chaotic magic burned through his form.

As the magic faded a boy appeared before him. The boy was wrapped in floating, glowing cloth.

"This is your chance to change Aegir. Though I fear your birth and life will hold nothing but destruction. Can you breed fear in the heart of man if you appear to be like them? Perhaps that alone will change your mind and heart. If not, I can do nothing against you. Your will and life is your own." the child said and then vanished.

Aegir smiled as he flared the residual power of fire and fear within himself. His physical form shifted taking on the appearance of a demon. He then smiled at the Dragon as the world around him faded away, and the surprised faces of League Summoners appeared. Laughing he shouted at them.

"Finally a challenge. I will strike fear into the hearts of the mortals of this world. You have my word." - Aegir, The Flames of Terror

As Aegir's heat increases he begins to burn damaging nearby enemies for 5-15% of his AD per second.

Auto-attacks apply stacks of Terror, and deal 25/35/45/55/65% of the damage as a DoT (Magic Damage) over 3 seconds.

Can be activated when an enemy within 400 units has 5 stacks of Terror to deal 80/120/160/200/240 (+65% bonus AD) magic damage, and fear for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Marks with Terrorized after using this activation for 7 seconds. Enemies marked with Terrorized cannot be feared by any ability, or damaged by this ability again until it elapses.

Sends a stream of fire across the ground dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+50% AP) magic damage to all it crosses. At the end of the line it expands to an AoE dealing 15/20/25/30/35 (+10% AD) per second for 4 seconds, and applying a stack of Terror per tick.

Select one of three forms to use:

Claw- deals the DoT damage from Q instantly instead for 5 seconds.

Flame- causes those burned by the AoE from W to be marked with Grevious Wound.

Wing- Aegir takes flight to target location dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+20% AD) (+15% AP) to all beneath him, and applies 1 stack Terror. If this stacks Terror to 5 on a target. Said target is feared for 1.5 seconds.

Notes:

Selecting Claw or Flame will cause the portrait of the ability affected to turn a color to indicate it, and will cause a graphical effect. Selecting Wing will change the next casting of this ability to the afore mentioned. This acts exactly like TF's Pick a Card in use.

Aegir conjures a ring of green-black fire around himself for 4/5/6 second dealing 100/130/160 (+55% AP) magic damage per second for 3 seconds. This consumes Terror, and fears for .5 seconds for each stack.

This is the second being of the heart. Born from the flames of a town burning to ash, and the fear of it's citizens burning alive. He was an interesting character to create two years ago. His personality is of a being of terror seeking a challenge to liven his existence. I think the artwork I choose seems to sum up his being.
