I was never intending to. My mind is often a whirling vortex of ideas and creative thoughts, and I instinctively just put the ones that interest me down so I'll be able to remember them and work on them.

Also, is there a way to save a post on a thread without posting it? In case it's a really long post.

When you have an idea, you have an idea. Get it out, make sure it's secure. Don't ever risk forgetting about what could potentially be a treasure of a concept.

Exactly! Even if some are partial concepts, I can always move them to a sub-thread they better suit.

As long as you are putting effort into tweaking them and improving upon them, you shouldn't have any problems with the mods. I can relate to you, since I always try to secure my ideas so that I can work on them later
