(NOTE: This is my attempt to combine the 'Kassadin's Daughter' and 'Little girls wielding scythes' archetypes that a lot of people seem to like. While both those archetypes on their own seem a little generic to me, putting the two together makes for an interesting and unique take on those themes)

Abilities:
Molt (Innate): Elara's armor is made of a special chitin found within the void, granting her increased defenses. As Elara takes damage, this armor sheds and makes her more mobile.

Passively grants increased +10/20/30 armor and MR. Elara loses 5 armor/MR but instead grants +3% movement speed for every 25% health missing. (ranks at levels 8 and 15)
Void's Fury (Q): Elara's demon scythe becomes enraged momentarily, dealing bonus damage and siphoning power from its targets.

Elara's auto attacks siphon power for 5s, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+10% AP) bonus magic damage and stealing 10/12/14/16/18% AD and AP from her targets (does not stack).

Unstable Rift (W): Elara attempts a riftwalk at target location, dealing damage to nearby enemies. However, due to inexperience, the rift will linger, allowing allies to use it momentarily.

Teleports to target location, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+40% AP) magic damage to enemies near the landing zone. A rift between the starting and landing point will then linger for 5s, allowing Elara an all allied champions to use this rift for quick travel.

Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100
Demonic Cleave (E): Elara passively stores energy as she damages enemies. Upon activation, she cleaves all enemies around her, consuming all the stored energy for additional damage. If the maximum amount of stored energy is consumed, the ability will additionally silence enemies hit.

Passive: Elara's Attacks and abilities store energy based on 10% of the damage dealt, up to a max cap of 30/50/70/90/110.
Active: deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+50% AP) magic damage around her and slows nearby enemies by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2s. Stored energy is consumed to deal even more damage. If the max amount of stored energy is consumed, the ability additionally silences all targets hit for 2s.
AoE Range: 450 units
Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5s

Inescapable (Ultimate, R): Elara Traps a single target down for execution, dealing massive damage

Traps a target for a brief period, rooting them for 1.5s and dealing 200/450/700 (+140% AP) magic damage. The root is instant, but the damage requires a 1.5s channel that can be cancelled with disables. (NOTE: If the channel is uninterrupted, the damage will be dealt no matter how far the target moves. This includes if the root duration is reduced by tenacity and cc-reducing abilities)
