    Wickit, the Candle

    This is just meant to be silly, not imbalanced. No stats, just abilities.

    Role: CC Mage

    Innate: Sticky Wax

    Wickit drops sticky wax as he walks which slows enemies that walk on it by 35% for 0.75 seconds.

    Q: Inflame

    Cost: 50 Health
    Cooldown: 9

    Passive: Wickit gains bonus AP equal to a percentage of his AP.

    Percent bonus: 5/10/15/20/25

    Active: Wickit transfers part of his flame to a target enemy, losing half of his passive bonus while Inflame is on cooldown but dealing magic damage each second for 5 seconds.

    Range: 450

    Damage per second: 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.15 AP)

    W: Sputter

    Cost: 20/18/16/14/12 Health
    Cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3

    Blinds all nearby enemies for 1 second.

    AoE: 600

    E: Shadow Flicker

    Cost: 80 Health

    Wickit causes a shadow of himself to flicker at a targeted point for 4 seconds. All nearby units facing it are briefly feared, and units that walk next to the shadow are burned and take magic damage.

    Cast range: 700
    Fear radius: 300
    Burn radius: 100

    Fear duration: 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5
    Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+.6 AP)

    R: Candle Holder

    No cost
    Cooldown: 90/70/50

    Wickit leaps onto a target champion and wraps himself around it, suppressing it. Wickit then deals magic damage each second equal to Inflame's damage. If Candle Holder is cast on a target inside the burn radius of Wickit's shadow, Shadow Flicker deals its damage every second until Candle Holder ends or the shadow dissipates, instead of once.
