    Lore:

    The Howling Marsh is a vast, twisting landscape filled with rouge magic from the numerous Rune Wars that ravaged across Valoran. When the ruler of the marsh left for the League of Legends. Many of the slumbering undead rose from their graves to wander the marsh again, and the secrets of the marsh began to wake. One of these secrets was Noroi. As she awoke from her slumber the curses bound with her began to escape. Quickly reaching for them she managed to recapture five of the eight curses. The remaining three escaped off into the sky, and drifted with the wind.

    Calling her skeletal minions from the ground she began her journey after the curses. The undead minions of Karthus watched her go. Karthus himself watched her leave through his minion's eyes, and felt, for the first time in ages, a flicker of fear. Long he had both awaited this day, and feared for it's arrival. Ever since his departure from the Marsh he knew that Noroi would awaken eventually. Leaning back in his chair he watched the three missing curses drift into his room, and vanish into his robes.

    Innate:


    Skeletal Minions

    Each time Noroi kills a minion or neutral creep she gains 1 Skeletal Minion that flies around her, champion kills give 3, to a max of 5. These minions target units affected by her curses giving the ability additional effects.

    Notes: 1 minion is consumed per ability used, and they immediately change enhancement depending the last spell cast.
    Q (1st Ability):


    Curse of Contamination

    Range: 700
    Mana: 120 (-5 per rank)
    Cooldown: 15 (0)
    AOE: 300 diameter
    SM Range: 300 (+10 units per rank)

    Noroi targets an enemy minion or champion, and marks them with Contamination for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, gaining .5 seconds if hit by another wave of corruption (max 10 seconds). Every .5 seconds targets affected by Contamination emit a wave of corruption marking all nearby enemy units with Contamination for .5 seconds, refreshing if they are hit by another wave. Every .5 seconds Contamination gains 1 stack, and deals 4/6/8/10/12 (+10% AP) magic damage per stack when it elapses. Deals the damage and erases Contamination upon reaching 20 stacks (If it doesn't elapse in time).

    Skeletal Minions: They bounce around among targets affected by Contamination dealing 10 damage per stack, and refreshing (adding 1 second to main target) Contamination. Each can only bounce between affected targets once. (IE: 5 minions are Contaminated, and you have 5 skeletal minions. Each minion will be hit 5 times, once for each Skeletal Minion.)

    W (2nd Ability):

    Life Hex

    Range: 650
    Mana: 80 (+10 per rank)
    AOE: 300 diameter
    Cooldown: 15 (0)

    Noroi curses a target and all enemy units around it for 3 seconds. The curse reduces healing and regeneration effects by 10/20/30/40/50%, deals 2/4/6/8/10% (+1% per 75 AP) of max health as magic damage over 3, and adds 5 stacks of Contamination at the end of the duration.

    Skeletal Minions: Circle around the targets increasing Contamination by 3 per second per Minion, and reduces healing and regeneration effects by a further 5% per Minion.
    E (3rd Ability):


    Purge Force

    Range: 650
    Mana: 100 (0)
    Cooldown: 20 seconds (-1 sec per rank)
    SM Range: 400

    Noroi blasts an enemy target with a purifying force dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+10% AP) magic damage. 5/10/15/20/25 bonus magic damage per stack of Contamination. It also burns the target for an additional 50/75/100/125/150 magic damage per de-buff (not including Contamination). This ability removes all de-buffs.

    Skeletal Minion: All fly at target with the missle slowing them by 35% for 2 seconds, and then fly towards the X nearest champion targets dealing 50% of the damage and slow to them. X is the number of minions.

    R (Ultimate):


    Curse of Unlife

    Passive: Adds 1/2/3 more Skeletal Minions.

    Active: Gathers the curses into herself, and enters an ascended form increasing her AP by 20/30/40, and causes her Skeletal Minions to attack what she auto-attacks dealing 15% of her AD per Minion per second.

    Creator's Notes:

    Had a fun idea for a concept that deals with de-buffs, and then removing them for decent damage. The idea of a Pix-like ultimate was also something I thought might be fun.
